The Clubhouse received a much-needed facelift and overhaul in 1984, The small
porch facing the practice green was replaced by a substantial addition which can seat over one
hundred people. It offers a beautiful elevated view of several holes. Other
foundation end roof problems were also addressed at this time. Total cost
of this project was $37,500.00. Plans for the project were developed by the
house committee comprising John Foley, chairman; James Wilton, Herbert Craft, Gary
Sayer, and Thomas Ferguson, who drew the specifications.
In the fall of 2003 the Clubhouse received a
new metal roof. At the same time the old fireplace chimney was
disassembled to below the roof line eliminating a troublesome leaking situation.
Thanks to the generous donation to the house committee from the S. Brennan
Memorial Fund. New carpeting will be installed in the bar area of the
Clubhouse and new air conditioning will be added.
